Best and Worst Mythic+ Dungeons on Inspiring, Grievous, Fortified Weeks

This week is a Fortified week, meaning that the weekly Mythic+ dungeons will be more difficult than usual. The best and worst of these dungeons are listed below.

The shadowlands dungeon difficulty ranking is a list of the best and worst dungeons in World of Warcraft. It ranks all mythic dungeons by their difficulty on an inspiring, grievous, and fortified week.

 

Welcome to this week’s dungeons, where the affixes are Inspiring, Grievous, Fortified, and Tormented!

Due to the nature of Inspiring, this week’s affixes are very complex to put up. This implies that a lot of MDT routing will be utilized this week, since the nature of making mobs CC and Kick immune is very difficult. Furthermore, Grievous has the ability to make certain already tough bosses much more difficult. Overall, this affix set is not very sluggish, but it is difficult to play. This is the second-worst Fortified week ever. As a result, instead of the S tier dungeons we’ve seen in recent weeks, this week’s dungeons rank from B to D.

You should allow your healer to drink more often as a result of Grievous, since their mana consumption will be greater.

Dungeons of the S-Tier

Wake of the Necrotic

The timeframe in Necrotic Wake is one of the most lenient of all the dungeons available. This implies that as long as you stick to a safe approach and kill the bosses, you’ll be OK. The best overall advise is to use a lot of Bloody Javelins against bosses. Because the bosses are the most challenging portion of the dungeon, it’s best to use the Javelins on them. In these dungeons, Discharged Anima and Anima Exhaust are both very strong AOE effects that should be utilized to blow up trash packs in between cooldowns.

Grievous, Inspiring, and Fortified affixes will have a little effect on your dungeon routing this week. In addition, your healer will have a lot more work to do healing up your tank, especially with random Brittlebone Crossbowman / Brittlebone Mage / Nar’zudah causing a ruckus and requiring a lot of group healing. This makes the dungeon a lot more tiresome with this combination of affixes, thus it’s a lower rated dungeon.

Points of Distress The pain areas of Necrotic Wake in general week to week include boss damage intake, which produces Grievous and extra healing, as well as cautious routing owing to Inspiring. Make sure Amarth, Surgeon Stitchflesh, and Nalthor the Rimebinder have some sort of weaponry. The bosses in Necrotic Wake aren’t that tough now that the affix set is Fortified.

Saving a Bloody Javelin is a popular tactic for Surgeon Stitchflesh, as is utilizing the Javelin on the first add + boss to ensure you don’t have multiple adds and have a chance to 1 phase the boss. If you miss the javelin on the first Kyrian Stitchwerk, you may have to use hammers or concentrate the stitchwork on the boss. Alternatively, strong CDs like Ashen Hallow + Bloodlust may be used, but it all relies on the group and the key level. You’ll likely wipe fast if you let this monster alive for too long, have several adds up, go deep inside Grievous, and miss hooks.

Finally, it is quite characteristic of Nalthor the Rimebinder to have Bloodlust yet not utilize it on Stitchflesh. You should also use Forgotten Forgehammer against Icebound Aegis shields if you have additional DPS from Dark Exile below. This will reduce the amount of group damage your team takes, particularly from Grievous.

The most significant aspect of garbage this week was Zolramus Necromancer’s caution. These mobs are usually inspired themselves or have inspired mobs around them, and if not dealt with correctly, they may wipe you out.

This week’s tip is to use the Flesh Crafter’s Throw Cleaver against the mini boss in Necrotic Wake’s first section. This saves a lot of time and improves your chances of surviving.

Plaguefall

Plaguefall’s timing is still quite easy on this week’s affixes, which comes as no surprise to anybody. With that said, there are a few pulls in particular on Inspiring that are very irritating. This may result in tank fatalities, significant group-wide damage, or even wipes. Grievous is also a very tough affix on two of the four bosses, and it may significantly boost healing.

Points of Distress While Plaguefall’s timing is simple, completing the dungeon is by far the most difficult portion. Due to the dynamics of their battles, Margrave Stradama and Globgrog both rapidly accumulate Grievous. If you don’t have a healer with a high throughput or if you don’t push the bosses quickly enough, this may soon become an issue. You can utilize the red slime technique, as is shown in the video below, but it all boils down to boss kill time and healer throughput. This is unquestionably one of the worst weeks to use these tactics.

When it comes to Inspiring, be wary of the Domina Venomblade boss area, since it has numerous inspired monsters. If necessary, you should attempt to CC the Venomous Sniper, and make sure you can stun the Defender of Many Eyes.

Atonement Halls are places where people go to make amends for their sins.

Halls of Atonement may be challenging if you’re not in a well-coordinated party, but the limitless pull size potential here helps to compensate for any timing issues you might have. The tank damage in this dungeon is enormous, and Inspiring can boost it even more. Grievous isn’t usually too tough in here, but if you don’t give your healer enough water, it may create serious mana problems.

This week’s main issue in Halls of Atonement is balancing pull size vs tank survivability and mob management. Halls is a dungeon where your tank is crucial to your group’s success, and the rest of your party must rally behind them. If you have to, get as many kicks as possible on Depraved Obliterator and CC Inspiring. Start kiting on the Vicious Gargon as soon as possible, stacking them up as much as possible using displacement effects. If necessary, you can line of sight the Shard of Halkias thrashes to decrease group damage. If you can complete all of these tasks, you should be OK with this key. You may even play the Oros Coldheart debuff with Lord Chamberlain to save a lot of time. It’s not tough, and it’s a simple method to save 2:00.

You can play 3 of the Loyal Stoneborn with Halkias pretty simply, which is a useful tip. The boss will perish extremely fast as a result of this. This may be done with x2 Venthyr players pressing their control at the same time, or with a single player that has either Power Infusion or Bloodlust. In any case, having three Stoneborns for this fight is a huge plus.

Dungeons of the A-Tier

Tirna Scithe Mists

This week’s dungeon, Mists of Tirna Scithe, is a dungeon that many uncoordinated parties struggle with. The combo of Grievous and Inspiring is one of those affixes where you’d rather have one or the other. If you are left in the high damage stages on both Ingra Maloch and Mistcaller, Grievous may rapidly build up and obliterate you. It takes a lot of coordination and kicks to inspire through the labyrinth and the beginning of the dungeon.

Points of Distress The most difficult aspects of this dungeon are mage pack control owing to Inspiring and the lack of Grievous problems on the bosses. The Maze should be approached with caution since it has numerous Inspiring monsters, and anytime you have heals from the Mistveil Tender, you may find yourself with some difficult pulls. This is by far the most challenging dungeon on this week’s affixes, and you should proceed with caution if you are not in a coordinated environment.

Using a pet to drag the 3rd Tormented mob over the wall before fighting Ingra Maloch is another huge thing you can do to assist yourself. Simply use a Pet Attack through the wall on the tortured mob, bring the pet back, and this will happen. If you’re near to the wall, have the mini boss targeted, and are currently in battle, you may use Force of Nature. This gives you an extra power for Ingra, which is very useful. It’s critical to save Bloodlust, offensive cooldowns, and everything else you can for the burn. On this timing, saving phases on Ingra may save you minutes of time. The Ascension Spires

Week in every week out, Spires of Ascension is a dungeon that is mainly a coordination check. When you’re in a kick-heavy dungeon like Inspiring, this becomes more obvious. In order to be successful in this key this week, proper use of CC, re-routing the dungeon, and excellent play are required. While the dungeon isn’t particularly difficult in terms of completing it within the time limit, getting there without wiping is. Grievous is a huge difficulty as well, since the amount of healing that will be added to a key on this week’s affixes is a lot.

Points of Distress

Some of the most important moments in this dungeon include living while engaged in the Klotos angel pull, Ventunax, and Forsworn Usurper. Grievous makes it more difficult for the Angels, Usurpers, and Ventunax. This will boost the amount of tank damage dealt while also requiring your healer to concentrate on healing members of the party who are suffering group-wide damage.

Aside from that, the other hard point in the key is taking the garbage gradually due to Inspiring, CCing the inspired mob, and dealing with the dungeon piece by piece. Due to Inspiring, it is common for individuals to get too eager to pull and participate in pulls that they have no business performing this week, and your organization must be cautious.

Dungeons of the Second Tier

The Opposite

De Other Side is usually a make-or-break situation depending on Ardenweald pull size. With that in mind, this affix set seems to be mostly free, although there are some very tough individual difficulties that parties may encounter in the dungeon’s final areas, which is not very typical. This is because the Hakaar wing on Inspiring is very difficult, while the majority of the bosses on Grievous are outright nasty.

Points of Distress Dealing with the Hakkar the Soulflayer wing and the monsters on Grievous are the most painful aspects of De Other Side this week. I’ve included a screenshot of the corridor below to demonstrate how tough it is to get to Hakaar. The urns do stun despite the CC immunity, which is extremely convenient. When it comes to Grievous on bosses, Arcane Lightning on Dealer Xy’exa, Corrupted Blood on Hakkar the Soulflayer, and Shatter Reality on Mueh’zala should all be avoided. All of these abilities may cause group-wide Grievous, putting your healer under a lot of strain. In this dungeon, you should make a point of using Spiritual Healing Potions often since they will greatly assist you.

Dungeons of the C-Tier

Depths of Sanguine

Sanguine Depths is a dungeon that is very forgiving in terms of time, but the monsters are the most difficult to deal with. Grievous, on the other hand, makes the bosses very tough for a typical Fortified week. At the same hand, owing to the low mob density in Sanguine Depths, Inspiring isn’t usually regarded as a negative thing, although there are certain packs containing Wicked Oppressor and Dark Acolyte that may be hazardous.

Points of Distress The bosses of Sanguine Depths are the most difficult to defeat. Having Bloodlust for the majority of the bosses will give you the greatest results. In Sanguine Depths, you’re likely to be given a complete wipe to trash in any spare time you have. You don’t have the same luxury as employers when it comes to wiping them out. The most essential thing about Sanguine Depths is to make sure you have strong tactics for all four bosses. Additionally, using defensives often and minimizing Grievous as much as feasible should be a tactic you attempt to use as much as possible.

  • Kryxis the Voracious – You’ll be OK if you put the Severing Smash orbs in a solid place and absorb the Juggernaut Rush.
  • Executor Tarvold – Make sure you have all of your offensive cooldowns and that you swiftly concentrate down any additions. It’s also extremely useful to have the Sinfall Boon lantern bonus.
  • Grand Proctor Beryllia – Soak 3 – 4 stacks of orbs each time, then utilize powerful personals. It’s a popular tactic to rotate immunity and enable other players to absorb four stacks of orbs if you’re performing a high enough key rotation.

Aside from these factors, proper Sinfall Boon lamp management should make this dungeon a breeze to complete.

Guide to Sanguine Depths

Theatrical Pain

This week is usually regarded as one of the more difficult fortified weeks for Theater of Pain. The majority of the bosses in this instance this week may bring you far inside Grievous, but at the same time, this is one of the most challenging Inspiring dungeons owing to the hordes.

Points of Distress The main annoyances in this key are the group’s ambient damage and boss killing in general. Kul’tharok’s monsters, Xav the Unfallen, and Mordretha, the Endless Empress both have AOE abilities that may throw the majority of your party into Grievous.
