Farming Grateful Offerings | Gnomecore

Last updated September 19, 2021 | Follow us on Pinterest

Gnomecore is a new project that aims to bring the game of Warcraft to life. Players can collect resources, build structures, and battle other players in an immersive virtual world.

The grateful offering guide is a new addition to the Gnomecore website. It provides players with information on how to make offerings in order to receive rewards.

We all know what it is by now; it’s a money gained through channeled Anima Conductor points of interest, and it’s needed to get Renown rewards in addition to anima. With current patch activities limited to a few days after reset, I’ve decided it’s the ideal time to farm them, so here are my views after a few cycles through Covenants.

The Covenants system, like everything else, is not well-designed and contains faults. Let’s go through the features of the system.

Farming-Grateful-Offerings-Gnomecore

First and foremost, anima conductor levels 1-2 are worth constructing and strengthening, so you have four places to work with. Level 3 is a waste of energy if you’re not aiming for achievements: it adds a completely worthless buff that is time-limited, as well as a very difficult monster that should not be approached without a group. Kyrian version, for example, crushed my non-tank paladin to the ground in a matter of seconds. Only three offers are available from Level 3 locations — line up to gather a group for the slaughter. In my opinion, it is not worth the trouble.

Covenants may be classified into four kinds based on their level 1-2 points:

Mini-boss — well worth a kill, and completely soloable regardless of spec or class.

To unlock a chest, you must solve a little riddle.

The “Clicker” quest is simple to complete and always worthwhile.

Grind missions – a few daily in one location, each worth three offers, although I usually avoid them. The concept is flawed: not only do you have to gather 18-30 quest items in the open world or mow an equivalent number of opponents for quest goods, which is by definition a lot, but the drop rate isn’t 100%, thus you’ll be stuck in a grinding cycle for 10 or more minutes. I’d rather do just gathering missions, which are boring but not too so, and not bother about grind quests any more.

Let’s take it one covenant at a time.

Bastion / Kyrian

Mini-boss: a monstrosity that spawns when you toot the horn at the necrolord invasion site. It possesses an incapacitating ability that is irritating but not deadly, like all bosses. Tip: It spawns in the necrolord invasion region, but you want to lure it to a location where kyrians and necrolords are fighting, so NPCs may assist you.

Treasure: To get to the treasure, click on a bell in a building to create a moving circular labyrinth. Avoid all the blue areas. You’ll be transported back to the beginning if you hit a blue area, but don’t worry: you may now ride and fly straight to the treasure. There’s a possibility you’ll get a mount as a bonus.

Limbo is a clicker task that asks you to judge three souls by clicking the “Proceed to Shadowlands” or “Return to Life” bell. It’s the simplest quest ever, taking no more than 30 seconds — if you click the incorrect one, simply wait till the 3-second debuff wears off and try again.

Grind quests: Forgelite location, I’m just doing collecting quests if I’m in the mood and have the time. Killing a million people for 20 drops isn’t worth it, in my opinion.

Ardenweald / Night Fae

Mini-boss: Queen’s Theater, speak with an NPC to battle an actor imitating a previous raid boss. Almost often, killing it is harmless; but, “N’Zoth” may create problems due to the “tentacle” actor’s additions.

To get a moonlight pod, mount and touch 5 blue firefly plants. You’ll eventually figure out where all of the potential places are. It’s possible that one of the plants will spawn right outside the eastern gate, rather than within the town.

Get a flute or a gromling to toss and gather 8 gormlings for the clicker task. It’s simple and quick, with the little annoyance of common roaming animals if you aren’t cautious.

Grind quests: Droman Aliothe location – poking sleeping souls and gathering lilys is OK, but don’t go on a murdering spree.

Maldraxxus / Necrolord

Mini-boss: Gieger abomination – summon it and slay it by pulling a thread. There’s nothing hazardous about that, and it gives you a mount.

A chest is kept in the House of Chosen. Find three rune plates in the area and click them. It’s a tiny area — essentially, it’s this structure with the treasure, and if you aggro monsters, they’re non-elites, so it’s not too difficult. But be cautious not to touch Tauralus; these men may stomp you to death, so avoid using AoE spells.

The clicker quest is a combat quest since we’re in Maldraxxus. Fill the bar or kill a specific amount of people in the remains of the House of Plagues. It’s a little tedious, but it’s no worse than a regular world quest, and it’s fast, so it’s well worth it.

Grind quests: The spider cave in Nurakkir is worth performing (gather weapons or kill 8 spiders), and it’s a gift from the gods if you need to slay an abomination right on the quest location. It’s a no-no to do grind-me-twenty missions.

Revendreth / Venthyr

A bat in the south is a mini-boss. To summon, locate a ballista bolt near the settlement rampart and request that the large man fire it at the bat. Totally safe – as long as you keep your back to the zone and not the abyss, since the bat will sometimes push you hard and far.

Treasure may be found by clicking a tombstone and climbing a ghost staircase in Halls of Atonement. Invasive mushrooms in Korthia provide more difficult difficulties, therefore it’s fine.

Mount a stoneborn gargoyle and utilize the powerful number of three buttons to mow the enemies about in this clicker quest. It’s quick and simple, and it’s worthwhile.

Pridefall grind quests The same boring tasks await Hamlet: grind me a million or gather me a million. It’s up to you if you want them or not, since they’re very different from other covenant grinds.

===

In most instances, I bypass the grind portions of every Covenant, including collecting objectives, and instead focus on boss, treasure, and clicker chores. It takes approximately 10-15 minutes each alt to complete the round, which is significant given the amount of characters I have. In any case, grind quests are such a pain and a waste of time that I’d rather give up the pace of gathering offerings and spread the job out across more days and weeks than put up with another piece of poor design.
