The Rextroy Challenge is an event that pits classes from World of Warcraft against each other in a battle for the ultimate prize. This time around, players are competing to see who can take down the most bosses with their designated class.
The champion of the light is a Paladin class that can be found in the game Warcraft. They are able to heal and protect their allies, as well as deal damage.
In Dazar’alor, Opulence is a raid boss. It may be from a previous expansion, but it doesn’t make it any less of a DPS challenge. After casting Hoard Power, the monster will receive a 200 percent health and damage increase if you miss the early portion of the battle (battling the two golems on the side). This makes dealing with his damage difficult, as well as having the HP required to withstand the assault of five players…
He’s also has some intriguing mechanics!
Coin Shower does 70k damage per target hit, divided evenly. The teams must absorb this or at the very least have the individual impacted by it, and they must use a big defensive strategy.
Coin Sweep does approximately 20-25k damage depending on armor, and when combined with the monster’s 12-15k auto hits, the boss poses a serious danger to the player tanking him.
Liquid Gold is a debuff that affects two players at once and does 6k damage every three seconds. It adds up to a significant amount of damage!
When the boss’s energy bar is halfway depleted, Spirits of Gold is cast. If not killed, it summons numerous additions who march towards the room’s edge, raining gold down on the players.
For most classes, Wail of Greed is a kind of berserk. It starts 65 seconds into the battle and lasts for 10 seconds, doing escalating quantities of damage. Most teams are wiped because players are unable to acquire the 90 percent damage mitigation item that is normally available.
The monster is vulnerable for the first 5 seconds of the battle while he is casting Hoard Power. Because he hasn’t yet received the huge 200 percent HP increase, the amount of damage he takes will remain the same when he completes the spell. Early burst players and classes will be rewarded highly!
The regulations are as follows:
- There are no consumables or the Heart of Azeroth. I did, however, allow drums and hero for a little while (for classes that have access to it). It will undoubtedly be required in the courses…
- Any after-death resurrection (Reincarnation, Soulstone, etc.) is prohibited. Podtender and Splintered Heart of Al’ar, on the other hand, are fine since they avoid death.
Because almost everyone is 240 ilvl or above, I had to add a few characters that were just under the threshold. The reason for this is because it is very tough to locate individuals on Alliance that are geared and eager to engage these days. It took me 4-5 days to get up 5 high-level rogues and shamans who could come. Hopefully, Blizzard will address the faction imbalance in a future release.
The amount of attempts each class had is something I didn’t mention in the movie. Every class may have as many attempts as they desired until someone had to leave (that was at least 30 min after the start).
Every class attempted at least seven times, with several attempting more than ten times. The displays in the video are their finest efforts, which resulted in the boss being reduced by the greatest percentage.
I didn’t think any class would be able to handle this monster. The objective of the task is to bring the boss down as far as possible in your class!
The boss’s DMG is excellent, even though he has a lot of HP, which is why it’s heroic hard!
The battle of dazar’alor is a battle that took place in the new expansion for World of Warcraft, Battle for Azeroth. It was between the Horde and Alliance.
